Preparing Your Child a Smoother Time Change on Sunday, 3/8?

Want to make sure your little one has a smooth transition to the Daylight Saving Time change on Sunday, 3/8?

If possible, start his/ her daily routines like meals and bedtimes by 5- or 10-minute early everyday beginning tonight or in a few days, so that by 3/8, s/he will feel little or almost no difference to the time change!

Put it on your calendar or set alarms to plan and prepare ahead of time too, so your life will be easier also^o^
