Want Your Child to Have a Smoother Time Change on Sunday 3/13? 😘

If possible, start your child's daily routine such as meal, nap, and bed times 5- to 10-minute early every day beginning today, and set alarms (on your phone) as reminders for when to start the next activity of the day.


Hence by Sunday 3/13, your little one will feel less or little difference of the time change!^o^
