I'm looking for a place to rent a few hours a week for my Kindermusik classes.

If you know, have seen, or heard of any places in or near San Marino that have big, open spaces (like dance & yoga studios), that have A LOT of parking spaces available, and are not in use during the mornings, PLEASE let me know!
