Play CD Track 17 and use "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" as either a calming song, or as a great sing-along! If you happen to be out one night, take a moment to look up into the sky and ask your child if he can see any stars!

is important to let the brain and body be still and process all it has
learned in class, and also throughout the day! Help your child learn how to relax by playing soothing music for him to simply enjoy and listen without doing anything else.
