A Caucasian piano student of mine went to this school, and her parents have many positive feedback about it.
She's currently in 1st grade, and the percentage of the languages used are 80% Mandarin and 20% English. Last year was 90%- 10%! She had two Taiwanese teachers previously and now has a Chinese teacher. The school uses pinyin and simplified Chinese.
Non-Pasadena residents would need to apply for a permit to enroll.
